Glimmer Hot Foil Poinsettia Cards

Image
To create this card, I used Spellbinders Glimmer Poinsettia Hot Foil and Die Set . I used my Glimmer Hot Foil System to add Spellbinders Aura Glimmer Foil to the poinsettia on cardstock from Concord & 9th. I then used my die cutting machine to cut out each layer and glued it together using Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue . For the center, I used an embellishment from Trinity Stamp's Gold Eclipse .  To create the leaves, I used the leaf from Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia Etched Die Set and a leaf from The Greetery's Pine Wisp Die Set . I glued the die cuts onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 80# Cardstock cut to 5.5" by 3.75" and stamped a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp's The Magic of Christmas Stamp Set  with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink . I created these holiday card sets using the  Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Classic August 2023 Card Kit . Hero Arts card kits are released the first Saturday of every month and they have several  subscription options or can be purchased individually. However, once a kit is sold out, they are no longer available. I then ink blended the background using Distress Oxide Inks and blending brushes from Simon Says Stamp . Because I heat embossed the northern lights, the embossing powder will resist the ink that is blended over it. Th
